Combining of users into groups


Choice the menu Groups on the tab Users.

If this menu was chosen, the window for users group creating appears on the screen.

The window consists of two tables. At the left there is a table for the list of created groups, at the right there is a table for the list of users entering the group marked in the left table with a red color. The right list will increase as far as users will be added to this group.


Creating of the new group:

  1. Please, click Add placed at the left of the table under the title Group name.
  2. The window will appear, enter the name of the being created group in the line Name.
  3. Below there is a square field Notes where you can write any notes as regards this group, there is no obligation to fill it out.
  4. To finish click ГЋГЉ (or Cancel in the case if you refuse to create a group).
  5. The newly created group will appear in the left table.
  6. It is a need to determine users belonging to the group. Press the button Add, placed at the left of the table under the title Users in group.
  7. On the screen the table appears where all system users are listed.
  8. Marks should be placed in lines of users of the being created group.
  9. Click ГЋГЉ, marked users will be in the right table.
    The group will consist of these users.
You can delete single users or the entire group from the table. For that enter a mark in the line opposite the being deleted group or user. Click Delete at the left of the corresponding table.

You can change attributes of already created groups. For that enter a mark in the line of group to be corrected. Please, click Settings. The same window as during the creation of the group appears. Actions are analogous to ones performed at the procedure of group creating.

You can set rights for all users belonging to the group at your discretion. For that enter a mark in the line of the group, then click Rights. The same window as during the assignment of users rights appears on the screen. In tables you can set a mark opposite a word Permit.You can remove the mark twice clicking on it.
