When you enter the system you automatically appear in a message section which aimed to establish a productive workflow between all site’s contributors. You can create messages and send them to all users, see the history of sent and incoming messages. You even can see the time when your certain message was read.
There are system messages in Xitex WebContent M1 which are automatically sent to you when it’s needed. For example, it can be a message to an editor about the need of certain page approval, or it can be a message to a site’s administrator about certain page’s changes and much more.
When you see the blinking icon on your menu bar it means that a new message has come.
